Basic Fine Breadcrumbs

 

Ingredients

As many slices of bread as you want, I used 3/4s of a loaf

 

Equipment Needed

I used an oven but you can also use your food dehydrator

 

 

1. To start, place your bread slices on an oven tray or your dehydrator trays.

2. Dehydrate at 100 degrees in your oven or the  maximum temperature of your dehydrator.

3. Dehydrate until crispy and dry, then grind up in a blender or food processor! :)

4. Store in airtight containers.

5. Recipe Ideas: Add to meatballs or burgers, crumb chicken or fish the uses are endless! :) :) :)
